PRODUCT WARRANTIES
The warranty is the temporary and joint obligation that ETNICO SAS (Lilianameza.com) has towards its consumers to ensure the quality, suitability, safety, good condition, and proper functioning of the products offered. In accordance with Article 3, Section 2.1 of Law 1480 of 2011, the user must inform themselves about the product's quality, as well as its instructions for use and conservation.
ETNICO SAS (Lilianameza.com) will provide a warranty for a period of seven (7) days from the receipt of the product by the buyer for manufacturing defects, product quality offered in accordance with its characteristics, or defects. Notwithstanding the above and considering that all garments are meticulously inspected by our quality department to deliver products in perfect condition to our customers.
Repair, replacement, or refund will only be carried out as previously established, provided it is within the stipulated times for each process. Under no circumstances other than those mentioned in the quality criteria will a garment exchange be accepted.
The buyer must express their desire to return or exchange a product under warranty within 7 (seven) days following the receipt of the product at the address indicated at the time of purchase. The notification must be made through the following channel:

If, after seven (7) business days following the receipt of the product, the buyer has not expressed their desire to execute the product warranty, it will be deemed that they have waived any claim against ETNICO SAS (Lilianameza.com), and the warranty will be void.
The shipping of the products requested under warranty will be borne by the buyer. When the product returned by the buyer is received at the facilities of ETNICO SAS (Lilianameza.com), it will be reviewed and inspected to ensure it meets the conditions described above. If the inspection is positive, the following alternatives will be offered to the buyer:
1. The buyer will be offered the possibility to exchange the product for an item of the same reference, or a voucher for the same value as the purchased product for a new purchase solely through the WEBSITE.
2. For any of the above cases, ETNICO SAS (Lilianameza.com) will process the operations within a maximum period of thirty (30) business days from the receipt of the returned product by the buyer, but there will be no compensation, interest, or other items in favor of the buyer.
