PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGES

You have 5 business days from the product's arrival to notify us of the exchange through the "EXCHANGES AND RETURNS" button on the website. You must provide your order number and the reason for the request. We will then respond within 5 business days. If approved, the customer must send the item to our address within the next 5 business days.

We will verify that the exchange items are new and show no signs of use. They should not have been washed or modified from their original design.

If the items are deemed eligible for exchange or a refund, this process will be completed within a maximum of 30 calendar days. It can be done through a payment reversal or electronic transfer. Customer service will contact the customer to guide them through the process and resolve the request.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have 5 business days from the product's arrival to notify us of the withdrawal through the "EXCHANGES AND RETURNS" button on the website. Provide your order number and the reason for the request. We will respond within 8 business days. If approved, the customer must send the item to our address at CR 65 No 84 – 78 Barranquilla COL within the next 8 business days.

If the items are found eligible for exchange or a refund, it will be completed within a maximum of 30 calendar days, through a payment reversal or electronic transfer. Customer service will contact the customer for support and resolution.

For major cities, delivery takes 5 to 8 business days. Orders during events like Black Friday may experience extended delivery times of up to 15 business days.

ETNICO SAS (Lilianameza.com) does not commit to exact delivery times and is subject to the logistics operator's delivery schedule.

International shipping coverage by ETNICO SAS (Lilianameza.com) does not include taxes. Import/export taxes or charges by customs must be covered by the customer.

The shipping company will attempt delivery twice. Unsuccessful attempts will result in the package being returned to the distribution center. Customers can claim their package using the provided tracking information at the courier's office.

Delivery timelines:

- Delivery days are counted as business days, Monday to Friday.
- Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not counted as business days.
- Orders approved on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays start counting from the next business day.
- Orders before 4:00 pm are considered on the same day; after 4:00 pm, they start counting from the next business day.

Financial institutions validate purchases and card authenticity, affecting approval times. This is not ETNICO SAS's responsibility. Delivery starts once the financial institution approves the payment, typically within one business day.

Product delivery is to the specified address during checkout. It can be received by any adult at the location, requiring a signature on the transporter's guide.
